The fine print:

Your Instinct Mobility product is covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship to the original owner from the date of purchase. Your product is covered only when used in accordance with generally accepted safe practices in the medical mobility community and/or as detailed in your owner's manual. This warranty shall be extended to comply with Provincial requirements. Refer to your owner's manual for complete details. *Expected lifetime of frame is 5 years

What the product warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to abuse
• Damage due to improper use
• Damage from using non-factory parts and materials
• Damage or failure due to poor, negligent or lack of maintenance
• Damage due to improper installation of components
• Normal wear and tear
• Shipping costs

What will void your product warranty:

• Modification of your product in any way
• Purchase of your product from a non-authorized Instinct Mobility dealer
